Most organizations I have worked at have 3-4 competing enterprise project management tools in place. I don't think that is necessarily a bad thing, as the tools are often built around a function. However, my area is using Asana. I really like it. It is the most end-user-friendly platform I have tried.

We are using Eclipse as our corporate Portfolio/Project Management platform, including project schedules, although some departments do still use MS Project for small initiatives.  Eclipse is a robust, cloud-based solution we've had in place for more than 15 years.
