The biggest by far is case studies and customer testimonials (including Gartner Peer Insights for honest reviews)

You can make as much content as you’d like, and provide all the raw materials, but customers may end up seeing this as just yet another form of biased marketing

When they can talk with other peers in the same space, and you have customers advocating for you, that’s when enablement becomes successful
