What are the SaaS IDM/IAM solutions you have recently deployed and how are you with it? Any advice first on your mind if one would be thinking to POC and Deploy such in near future?

We implemented Okta's unified identity solution for our 90,000+ employees in 2022. While our experience with Okta has been very positive, I would like to note that it is not a recent implementation.

The deployment of Okta has significantly enhanced our identity and access management capabilities, providing a seamless and secure user experience for our employees.

Okta (a few years ago). Ease of application integration is key, built-in integrations is a big time saver (and app teams love it because it's so fast to do). Ease of administration also important so you no longer need the one person who's the system expert (and often is so busy that everything else is held up).
