Question for the companies who were engaged in the Microsoft 365 Copilot early adopters program: Can you provide some feedback on the outcomes to the companies who are thinking about starting the implementation?

I/we were using variations on Bard (essentially the precursor to CoPilot) for about 18 months now on various utilizations. We have been rather pleased overall with experience BUT with the understanding that there are inherent biases, the LLM's are not foolproof and ultimately the responses are only as good as the access to data CoPilot has. That all said, using it as preliminary research and/or 1st draft writing (papers, articles codes) has been very effective on saving time. And where we use it for research, we always ask to provide ful citation so we can check on it.

It's an excellent enabler to improve productivity and spare the time and effort for other productive objectives.

PowerPoint and Excel on copilot turn to be very helpful atleast as starter and can be build on top.

It will remove and reduce the job of the EA for taking notes and clarifying doubts, FAQ can be generated in a click.

Loved the copilot but it is as very subjective and will take some time to adopt depending on age group of the users part of the organization.

Not sure on comparison, but one of our client is using GE’s Flow Safe Pipeline control system. Seems my point of contacts are happy with it.
