We selected ServiceNow. The key criteria was the ability to provide workflows/ intakes for any process across the company regardless of area (IT, HR, finance, etc.). The ability to quickly get up and running, robust, interoperable and a liquidity of available talent helped with the case.

ServiceNow for us. Key drivers - workflows, automation, service catalogue, self service portal, etc. Also an enterprise wide service management platform so other business functions such as HR, Finance etc can benefit from the same platform.

Not sure on comparison, but one of our client is using GE’s Flow Safe Pipeline control system. Seems my point of contacts are happy with it.
