Our mid-size company will replace its phone system in 2024.  Features, functions, service and cost have us leaning toward Ring Central. Our marketing team wants a feature-rich integration with Salesforce and SF Service Cloud, with feeds to Marketing Cloud.  We understand that Ring Central and Salesforce have a high quality integration via a third party, NICE.  I would appreciate your sharing experiences with a Ring Central/NICE/Salesforce integration.  Does it work well? Is your marketing team happy with the integration? Any red flags?  Thank you.

We have moved to Ring Central recently and very happy with it. Ring Central is basically NICE rebranded, get quotes from both and see which one is cheaper, its the same product.
Check out Diaload, they were our runner up, great product as well

If you also plan to use Ring Central's video service I think your choices would work well. But if company staff communicates heavily with outside customers/partners/etc you may want to look at the larger tele/video conf offererings (Zoom, MS-teams, etc) as outside people may be more familiar with them. We went with Zoom and were happy with the integrations, but Ring Central is also a fine product.

We're going down the same path with Salesforce integration as a requirement. I'd like to know what others have done.  We're also an SMB with 1000 employees.

If you plan to use also Azure AI services, take a look to what available in each as they can be different (some regions get services first than others).
