What are folks using for a HR ticketing system that includes automated workflows, reporting and tracking? Ideally it would be embedded in WorkDay if not part of Workday itself.

We are as well. We've been using SN for IT and recently moved to use it for HR. Experience with Workday is also relatively new.

We are in the process of launching Workday Help. In our tenant, it does not include automated workflows, but will include reporting and tracking.
