Looking for a B2B vendor management platform to enable collaboration with our vendor partners. Any ideas? Ideally the platform should be able to integrate with SAP ERP and publish:  1. Credit/debit notes, expense claims 2. Inventory as on date 3. Open orders 4. Outstanding statement

ServiceNow and Salesforce have some solutions that you could look at. Both do case management and CRM well enough to do what you briefly described.

I’d suggest you also view demos of providers like Spryker for the B2B space

I generally think about this as Supplier Relationship Management.  Today it’s a very fragmented space with lots of niche players catering to industry specific.  I’ve recently been looking at this space and some of the CRM players have extensible capabilities that could help assist with this.  Salesforce is potentially the most well positioned in my view.

Not sure on comparison, but one of our client is using GE’s Flow Safe Pipeline control system. Seems my point of contacts are happy with it.
