no we are not using specific strategy but embrace the diversification, in my place, we have many woman that are sitting in some tech position for sometimes now

We run a campaign to encourage women to change their career path to a technical one. These are cycles of training and program presentations, where you can get acquainted with career development opportunities, familiarize yourself with the technology used and learn about the methodology of work in the IT department.
