What is (or will be) the initial focus for deploying generative AI in your org? Internal or external use cases? Or both?

Hey, I find your question a little bit broad. May I ask for a little clarification, please?

By saying "deploying generative AI in your org", do you mean:
- setting up and maintaining the infra for training and processing
- integrating services as assistant to your team
- using generative AI to produce the tailored results for the customers

Understanding your particular usecase will help a lot in giving a sensible answer

I think most companies will want to get their feet wet with internal use cases where they have more control over the data, information and security.  There is still a lot of learning that needs to take place with how these new tools and services will work best in the long term.  Mistakes are inevitable, and most, but certainly not all, companies will want to do that learning on a small scale and in private.  We will all learn a lot from those that don't.
