Onboarding - the process that starts before hire and extends through the early stages of the employee community. In my mind, that's from first interaction pre hire to the end of the first 6 months and includes culture and values

The process timeline and roadblocks within (public sector with collective agreement barriers). If we were able to identify roles earlier on and our process was shorter and less arduous, we'd have  more time for onboarding and focusing on what the candidate wants.
