Web 3.0 is likely to have a number of impacts that include product development, service offerings, customer engagement and more. I really see 3.0 as the natural progression to our current web technologies where we go from mostly flat websites to actual direct customer engagement as they review products, attend training, have meetings or gain insight into new or changing solutions. Many of the same things are likely to be true for how we work with outsourced teams, provide for Work From Anywhere (WFA) and support partners/suppliers.

A company without a web 3.0 presence in 5 years will be like a company without a web page in 2000, invisible.

Web 3.0 can enhance user privacy, which will make consumer more comfortable visiting website. This site can further take advantage of combination of technologies like AI, ML, VR in innovative way. This will give more physical feeling in digital world to end customer. Web 3.0 can provide more personalised browsing experience along with compatibility with different type of devices.

I recently discussed the topic with a property management company executive and got some interesting insights. Further to the Airbnb model. There is the expectation of disruptive solutions in the area of decentralized marketplaces for property rentals, which could provide a more secure and transparent platform for landlords and tenants to interact and exchange value while maintaining their privacy. This could reduce the need for intermediaries such as property management companies, which would require them to adapt and potentially develop new business models.

Yes, but not immediately. More and more software and tools would start using Web 3.0 as default and leverage its functionality.
Gradually enterprises would adapt it.
