Unconscious bias refers to the attitudes or stereotypes that affect our understanding, actions, and decisions in an unconscious way. It can affect our behavior in many areas, including hiring, promotions, and interactions with colleagues or customers. Therefore, it is important for organizations to address unconscious bias in order to promote fairness and equality.
