We created a variety of custom backgrounds for virtual meetings, held several meet-ups where we talked openly about what its like being a women, challenges, women we admire, ways we can do better and just shared stories. We also did peer to peer shout outs and had our Women's Network organize chapter lunches/breakfast meetings. It was really incredible to see our ladies get together and celebrate women of the past and present!

We also have custom zoom backgrounds (we did this for Black History Month too!). We're featuring some of our outstanding women in Instagram stories and on our intranet. We had a presentation on the female members of the Supreme Court (we're a law firm) and have other presentations planned later this month. Finally, we sent all employees a template they could use to send to their female clients to celebrate Women's History Month.

Apologies for my delayed response, but it is still timely, because we just did our Europe roll out today.  In all our sites on IWD we had cookies, balloons, call outs, etc., then we had uplift cards where you could recognize and celebrate women in your life - and then we hand delivered them a week later.  We also had mental health tools and on our TVs/monitors and walls famous women from around the world who were impactful in their fields to inspire others.  Today as a follow up in our European offices we had a panel of men/women talk to their careers, the impact of women on their lives, or the things that held them back. Very authentic and very humble --to share stories and inspire others.
