With flexibility, clearly communicated goals, and focus on outcomes instead of output. Micro-management is a terrible approach that doesn't work, allow your employees to choose their own working hours and preferred style of work... It is also important to choose the right tooling, so teams can constantly stay in touch - that does NOT mean online meetings with mandatory cameras, but modern tools like Slack (I'm a big fan).I'm remote since 2006, working from all around the globe, and spend most of my career focusing on work from anywhere (EUC veteran).
