Looking for guidance about state-of-art reference architecture when building a custom application from scratch beyond the usual microservice paradigm. Headless, SPA, micro-frontend, service-mesh, microservice, DDD, SPI, API, CQRS, event, reactive… Clean & hexagonal architecture concepts are sometimes available on the web but what about the main patterns they try to implement? How much are these frameworks used in the market? What kind of studies & recommendations, and even blueprints can you suggest?

Business values and goals (The WHAT) of the custom app will decide the budget, scope, dependencies, lifecycle and level of "custom-built". In other words, your "perfect" proposal is at risk.
It totally depends on your use case, data volume, scale , nature of business.
I don't see any app fitting into all criteria you highlighted using all the buzzwords.
