Our organization has a small, very capable IT help desk, but the team is just too small to maintain expert level-skills on the full suite of Microsoft Office products. I’d like to find a company that offers a kind of level-two support for Office application usage. Does anyone know of any well-established firms that offer this specific a level-two outsourcing service?

We had luck with RL Canning out of Chicago. And further back in history with Randstad, and way before that Dell Services. Covered all USA time zones
