Do any one have a planned a compliance metric to check for validating GenAI related IP content or How are you adopting GenAI tools for content generation and how are you validating for IP conflicts?

GenAI is an emerging stream and seems it will take a while to bring any standard compliance framework. Considering the openness and unique nature of training data, generated content might have different semantics. For IP conflict and validation, GenAI-generated content should not fall in the same category as other created content. ex. if I am generating any content using ChatGPT, ideally I can not claim any IP for the generated content even if I am paying my subscription charges like others.

Nothing so far, but the responsibility should be with the person who is using AI, till you doing have compliance process in place.
