Should Group Policies be captured in the service catalogue?

It depends on your context. Service Catalogues are normally used to request a service. In your scenario, are you providing a list of GPOs that admins can request be added to a system, or that application owners can request be assigned to groups, OUs, etc?Most GPOs are created due to a security policy or standard with baseline configurations and settings that are pushed to systems automatically.
