I’ve found ZipRecruiter works well in the Boston area for technical talent. AngelList gets me engineers excited to work for smaller startups. LinkedIn is in 3rd place for talent for us.

Tend to use 3rd to party agency. They charge flat fee of $10,000 per candidate hired and onboarded. Saves me ton of time.

Happy to refer if anyone wants

Work with both ZipRecruiter and Tech Recruiters but the best staff we get is from personal referrals from within the company from our own staff. People that they have worked with before and want to work with again. I'd rather give my staff the recruitment fee than anybody else.

Typically start with LinkedIn and if we don't get quality candidates, move to a specialise recruitment firm.
