What is your company using for real-time translation for online and in-person meetings? We are a global company and work with teammates across the globe. We currently use an interpreter, but wanted to see if there were solutions out there that can do this automatically. I saw a demo of Copilot + PC and they did this on a video call, but I don't believe it's released yet. We currently don't use Teams.

We have been using Zoom as a tool for remote meetings. And we tested real-time translation, that support for simultaneous interpreters, allowing participants to choose an audio channel to hear the translation in real time.

Integrations with third-party tools for real-time translation, such as KUDO.

Teams + Copilot do this and are released. They may be available to you at no additional cost depending on your MS license level. If you are a MS shop, call your account representative.

In my experience these features are not real time, rather they are part of the Teams Recap features and require you turn on Video transcription to make it work. In reality, I believe these are Stream based services that feed into Teams and Copilot.

We have those similar groups involved in our process. We embedded the questions into OneTrust and run it through there to track the responses, approvals, documents. You could do the same in a microsoft form though.
