Decisions around prioritization have been crucial this year. By measuring the business values of all the different initiatives, you can establish the proper priorities. For example, we used Celonis, a process mining tool, to reduce the cycle time in Latin America by almost 50% by identifying bottlenecks in the order-to-invoice and order-to-delivery cycles.

Additionally, if we have a complex problem, we have the knowledge and talent to solve them. When a problem arises, we can break it down and simplify it into smaller pieces that everyone can understand, ensuring that everyone understands the problem to solve it. We’ve simplified our cost-to-deliver model in Latin America, which resulted in a lot of cost savings, and we were then able to implement that model and focus our efforts on doing the same in other parts of the world.
