Studies from Gartner and Forrester are our go to for KPIs. There are also some other players out there, but it's hard to know if they are unbiased.Chief Information Security Officer in Healthcare and Biotecha year ago
Comparing an organization's performance with other KPIs and OKRs can be done in several ways. One way is by consulting with industry analysts like Gartner to gain insights into best practices. Another way is by attending field trips, road shows, symposiums, and summits to learn from other organizations. Industry associations and surveys can also provide comparative data. Networking with peers, joining forums, and benchmarking exercises can also help establish benchmarks against external organizations. These approaches can provide valuable opportunities for knowledge exchange and benchmarking.Vice President & Chief Information Officer in Manufacturinga year ago
Gartner and few others companies you can use to bench mark. Most important is to have technology and business knowledge which always should come along with you anytime you try to understand. Paper exercise will give simple result but knowledge and networking with peers will give you lot better answer to it.
