The informations (anomaly, trends, segments, etc) provided automatically by the AI are useful (explained in Natural Language) and saves a lot of time

Yes, we have been using a platform for the last five years to empower engineers to do self service analytics to help themselves. About 50 of my engineering team members are able to build machine learning models to solve their problems, and these are fairly sophisticated models. We’ve done some training to help them understand which models to use in which case, etc.,

Pre-requisite for self service analytics (AI or otherwise) is existence of good data model and high quality data availability. We have experimented with Amazon Q in Quicksight. Results are ok so far. Lot more improvements are needed in the capability. Other option is to build internal RAG based solution on top of your data to enable AI based conversational chatbot for end users.
