Has anyone had success with ai-driven self-service analytics? Would love to hear what kind of outcome improvements you have observed.

Yes, we have been using a platform for the last five years to empower engineers to do self service analytics to help themselves. About 50 of my engineering team members are able to build machine learning models to solve their problems, and these are fairly sophisticated models. Pre-requisite for self service analytics (AI or otherwise) is existence of good data model and high quality data availability. We have experimented with Amazon Q in Quicksight. Results are ok so far. Lot more improvements are needed in the capability.
