We use Microsoft tools through the 365 platform, including SharePoint and Office apps.  They provide a great space for content creation, storage and collaboration.

We have been ServiceNow on an enterprise level for a few years now, it really covers all our needs along with required customization.

I would recommend Microsoft's platform and using their tools. With E5 licensing, a lot of these features become available and can be deployed quickly.
