Among all the tools currently used by business units other than IT and security at your organization, have you managed to leverage any for security purposes? Which ones would those be?

We have not managed to leverage any tools used by other business units for security purposes. It is usually the reverse of that. In my experience, IT is the one driving standards and other business units might be trying to do things, but they are usually trying to solve smaller problems than a larger IT or cyber organization. So, I have not seen that happen.

There aren't many tools that specific business units use that would come close to anything that would be frontline cyber tools. For instance, if you're using Workday for your identity and access management alone because you implemented that in your business, there are still a lot of additional things you need on top of that. Workday is definitely not going to be in anybody's cyber stack for an enterprise organization.

Implementation of Zero trust architecture, its modules across the organisation is a priority for us. So, we will be implementing zero trust strategies in IAM, inline with overall strategy.
