In the role I occupy at my company, I straddle the line between strategic and operational responsibilities, with an even split of 50% for each. However, in both domains, there's a pervasive element of transformation. I've never put much faith in these divisions as a means to personal growth; they serve more as a beacon for delineating responsibilities. You cannot make strategic decisions without fully comprehending the operational advantages and disadvantages, as well as the costs and efforts entailed in the process of transformation.
