I work with lots of people who use the Azure OpenAI Service, which is the OpenAI GPT models as well as chatGPT in their private cloud tenant. Its private, no data is stored or shipped anywhere or used to train the models. It's a nice middle ground to be able to make your own choices.

I know Azure OpenAI is very popular and like the thoughtfulness put behind the solution and its integrative capabilities. I also like using Google's Bard, as it is more specific and often more precise than other solutions and, importantly, they are transparent about their use of data you provide.
