We don't impose but do stimulate people to come to the office especially when there are team meetings, also to then have lunch together and catch up. My organization requires a specific number of in-office days; however, they leave it up to the team/division/department to determine how to manage that. For my team, they choose what works best for them. We have a specific number of schedule options, so even if the teams are hybrid, there are core hours in which everyone is working (somewhere). We have collaboration days where groups are in office at the same time. That way teams can connect live and in person.
