A lot of workplace trends as mentioned in the above poll might converge together and complement each other to maintain a balance between the physical and the virtual world.

There will be an increase in two things for sure:
1. High adoption rate for AI & automation
2. Huge increase in the need of upskilling to keep up with the pace of technological developments.
