Product leaders, for sure, but also Marketing, Sales, and Finance leaders come to mind. For instance, Sales and Finance can innovate on pricing structures that are amenable to customers while increasing revenue or Marketing may explore opportunities to expand SOM by repurposing your existing product to fit an alternate use case. It's a team effort.
