Not this, or not in any other year.
Supply chain leaders have the responsibility to ensure that their teams aren't tearing their hair out.
Good planning, really involving all of your team members in reviewing those plans and involving them also in every aspect to make it happen, while giving them true acknowledgement of their achievements along the months will keep the team from succumbing to periodic stress.
Similarly, being a true leader and shielding your team from issues that come from above (not hiding these, but making them digestible), having the backs of your team and rolling your sleeves up in times of crunch or bigger issues are all means that reduce stress waves for them.
It can always happen that there is a bigger issue that hits the team despite all these, then the only thing that helps is really being there for them, just like a thunder rod in a thunderstorm.
