I believe everyone at every level should consider how AI will impact their field. I think few roles will be 100% “replaced” but your duties, responsibilities, and skills required to retain your role or get promoted will change as it always has with changes in technology. Key differences will be the speed of change. Every decade rate of change accelerated and it continues to do so. The people who continue to learn new skills and use new tools will be the most successful now and as AI changes how work gets done. If you are not learning how AI is impacting your field I’d recommend you make it your New Year’s resolution to do so!!!!
