We are already doing 3 days in office and 2 at home.  And people hate it.  And high gas prices are not helping it one bit.  And most of the knowledge workers could do 100% of their job at home.  And when collaborating are usually collaborating across state borders and frequently national borders.  We have an older CEO, so very old school. Don't see this changing for at least next few years until more people quit, and hiring gets to be a bigger challenge.
