GenAI related question. For advertisers who have agencies wanting to use tools like mid-journey, how are you structuring agreements with said agencies? Are your companies taking licenses and then providing licenses to the agencies? Putting special terms in place in the agency agreements?

All of my contracts with agencies line out that if they use tools they must pay for them. They also must point out what has been supported or written by GenAI. 561 views1 Comment
At Johns Hopkins, based on the work we have done internally, every minute that a nurse or a doctor doesn't have to spend on reporting an adverse event is a minute they can use to review, analyze, and solve for systemic issues that cause adverse events. We believe that ML algorithms can free up clinician time, contribute to reduced burnout, and allow them to operate at the top of their license.
