I voted for integration and connectivity, but I had in mind connectivity from a data perspective, and to the standard data formats of the ecosystem one participates in. Process mining would have been my second choice, but again thinking of the external perspective to gain more competitive advantage within the ecosystem and to deliver a better customer experience. All the others seem like internal more-of-the-same-bad-process-acceleration forms of automation. Especially low-code which is introducing yet another generation of poor code and technical debt that is a mess to govern and then clean-up when the coders move on.

I voted for Orchestration of processes and workflows is the highest priority for achieving process automation goals because it ensures efficient coordination, improves productivity, enhances scalability, provides better visibility, and leads to significant cost savings. It forms the backbone of a robust automation strategy, enabling organizations to operate more effectively and respond swiftly to changing business demands.
