Other. On the basis that it shouldn't be a one size fits all model. Each of the other options will appeal to people based on circumstance and need at a time in their life, but they aren't going to appeal to everyone at the same time. There needs to be a degree of personalisation for the role, allowing candidates to chose the perks which are most relevant to them.
