What are your thoughts on AI-leaders pushing for AI tools to be used to augment employees daily job function beyond their typical purview; i.e., engineers writing product descriptions and product marketers writing short code, etc.?

Sounds brilliant. Cross fertilisation of ideas, people understanding other jobs in the business. I guess you'd want to make sure it didn't get out of control, but someone from one function helping someone in another has ...read more291 views1 Comment

How are others addressing the recent recruitment challenges at Grace Hopper this year? Several changes have been implemented that have disrupted our usual recruitment process, and I wanted to see how others are handling similar issues. Our two main concerns are: 1) Job postings: We typically generate custom source codes from our ATS to track candidates from the GHC website. However, this year they are exclusively scraping jobs, which has hindered our tracking ability. 2) Resume Book: The resume book now contains limited information (not the full resume or contact info) and doesn't allow bulk messaging. This makes it difficult to identify candidates of interest and invite them to an info session to learn more pre conference.
