You’re not wrong, Glen! I’m no expert but from what I understand, there are various outdated, manual processes particularly when it comes to Integrity (of the CIA triad) that are vulnerable to human error and exploitation by bad actors.

It depends a lot on how much automation you have already completed. We automated a lot of HR, IT, Procurement, Accounts Payable and Receivables already. They could be more done there but the obvious and easy projects are done so my vote was for Sales.
