For Enterprise, waterfall plus UX until the design is 90% complete, then when ready to build switch to agile scrum and iterate.  Designs are a guide, not a spec that must be followed exactly.  Planning is important. Coding without planning leads to much rework and potentially a scrap, redesign, and rebuild a few times.  I call it fall into agile
