When it comes to the cloud, security is one of the greatest challenges faced by IT professionals—66% view it as an obstacle to adopting cloud technology. Contrary to popular belief, adopting the cloud can actually bolster security for organizations. Oftentimes, larger cloud service providers have greater financial means to secure data, thus providing a reliable and trustworthy option.IT Manager in Healthcare and Biotech4 months ago
In my experience the biggest hurdle to cloud adoption for most organizations is not having adequate internal staffing. Many groups try to utilize existing IT personnel who don’t have comprehensive knowledge in cloud architecture or engineering, and those who do have cloud experts on staff are usually understaffed to meet organizational goals.
